SLO12RUN 2025 received the Golden label IAU.
Diligence, professionalism, drive, support of the municipality Kranj, Slovenian Athletic Federation and all other sponsors, volunteers, runners and other partners of the event are one of the main reasons for the growth and development of the 12 hour run in Kranj (SLO12RUN).
All of the above, including the city itself, should be justifiably proud that the race is recognized as one of the top organized ultra races. Currently, there are only a couple of ultra races in Europe which has a gold label. In 2021, we received a silver label, and for the year 2024 and 2025 we got the highest award, the golden label of the IAU.
Each level of the labelling requires a lot of responsibility and the fulfillment of strict requirements. Getting the gold label is even more challenging. We strive for perfection and excellence and now we are extremly proud of getting the IAU gold label.
